Privacy Policy
In short, this website collects no personal data while you browse. It has no user accounts, no advertising and no tracking. This page explains the few cases where your information is handled.
Who We Are
The Website noeld.com is published by Noël Danjou EI ("we", "us"), an individual business registered in France under SIREN 443 304 282. You can reach us through the contact form.
Visiting the Website
No Tracking
The Website does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set any cookies.
Your Theme Preference
If you switch between the light and dark themes, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage so that the next page uses it too. This setting never leaves your device, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
Hosting
The Website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We do not have access to individual records. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Contacting Us
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to us by email, through our email delivery provider Resend, to our mailbox hosted by OVHcloud in France. They are not stored on the Website. We use them only to answer you, and we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed for support.
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes only the technical signals needed to tell people from automated programs. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Buying a Program
Purchases are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. You enter your payment details on Paddle's checkout, never on the Website, and Paddle is responsible for that data. See the Paddle privacy policy.
To deliver your program, Paddle sends us your order reference, name and email address. We keep them in an order record, hosted by Cloudflare, and the emails with your download links are sent through Resend. The order record lets us send your download link again if it expires or gets lost, for example when you reinstall the program. We do not use this information for anything else, and we keep no other copy of it: invoices and payment records stay with Paddle.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. This only concerns the emails you sent us and, if you bought a program, your order record. Write to us through the contact form.
For the data collected during a purchase, you can also contact Paddle directly. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, this page will be updated and its date of last update changed accordingly.
